HR Generalist

Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, along with its sister company, FamFluence Talent Management, the leading talent management agency representing the top-performing talent in the family space across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, seek a Full-Time HR Generalist to help support the growth of both agencies.

Who We Are:

Brilliant is a boutique marketing agency with nearly 30 team members, offering a wide range of services, including public relations, influencer marketing, social media, paid media and affiliate marketing.

FamFluence is a talent management agency with nearly 20 team members, exclusively managing over 120 creators.

Both agencies are completely remote. Team members are expected to be available online and working during regular business hours, 8AM-5PM, in your time zone (within the continental United States).

Brilliant is in its second decade as a fully remote company and is one of the most respected agencies serving consumer lifestyle brands with a specific focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, haircare and food.

Our sister agency, FamFluence was founded in 2020 and is the first and only agency to exclusively manage family-friendly talent. Our creators vary in size from micro to elite talent. Our brand partners include: Amazon, Walmart, Disney, etc.

  • Previous agency experience is a plus not a must!

Core Skills/Qualifications:

  • Enjoys Experience with HRIS (JustWorks preferred)
  • Ability to navigate within Google Workspace platforms including but not limited to: gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs and strong understanding of google sharing settings.
  • Dedicated home office environment with 4 walls and a door! (Company provides computer, desk, chair etc.)
  • 2-3 Years relevant experience.
  • College Degree preferably in HR or Business Administration
  • Experience with Payroll systems (Paycor, Gusto, ADP preferred.)
  • Experience with ATS system (JazzHR preferred)

Job Description:

  • Work alongside a 5 person Admin team and directly with the President for FamFluence & Brilliant
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates,conducting and scheduling interviews.
  • Work with current and past PEO providers to ensure legal compliance
  • Monitor and resolve state notices
  • Benefits & 401k Administration
  • Onboarding new staff and interns
  • Payroll administration
  • Manage the Internship Program
  • Planning company events (Happy Hour, etc.)
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, employment verification letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
