wWe're hiring a Remote Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to support staffing efforts across our IT, engineering, and project management verticals. This is a client focused recruiting role responsible for sourcing and qualifying consultants for contract engagements with U.S. based companies

We are looking for someone who is both personable and tech savvy, able to manage multiple requisitions, communicate clearly with candidates, and work across sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI screening platforms. This is not an internal recruiting role — it supports delivery for Scopewell’s external client
